Board Member . . .
Keith Williams represents the East Area on the MEA Board of Directors and has been a member for 23 years. He teaches 11th grade English and African American Literature at Kirby High school. Mr. Williams received a B. S. in English from Knoxville College, an Education Specialist in School Administration degree from the University of Mississippi, and a Masters of Science degree from Trevecca University. Mr. Williams has been in education for 32 years. He has served as chairperson for the Minority Affairs Committee and has been a committee member on the National Teacher Day Committee and the IPD Committee. Additionally, he has served as a delegate to TEA & NEA Representative Assemblies for 16 years.
